Kefalotyri Astakou Cheese. Kefalotyri Astakou is a hard and salty cheese with a fairly spicy flavor. It is made exclusively from Greek pasteurized goat and sheep milk and needs at least 6 months of maturation to be able to take on the aromas that correspond to this excellent cheese. Suitable for saganaki, grated on various pastas while it is the best combination with different varieties of wines, drinks and tsipouro.
