Its aromas are impressively rich, milky and buttery in the foreground, with marjoram (sapsycho) making its presence felt mainly in the mouth. Its taste is full, lovably rustic, buttery (it has 40% fat on dry matter) and slightly salty (2.2% salt), with an excellent duration, bordering on addictive, forcing you to take a second piece.
